Digital Marketing

In my digital marketing course, I completed multiple projects such as a MAPs (marketing automation pathway) project on the Samsung SmartThings Device and a complete marketing plan for a small company called Symply by Helena Skincare.

For our course final, we were assigned to create a full marketing plan using everything we had learned from the semester for the W Hotels’ potential music festival within a two hour period.

Integrated Marketing Communications

Our final project was to create a marketing campaign complete with situational analysis, key consumer insight, a creative strategy plan, campaign deliverables, and a media plan.

Below are links to our impressive video advertisement in which I helped act, film, and edit as well as my team’s final project for the coffee company Better Buzz.

Small Business Consulting

In my final semester at SDSU, I was honored to join a competitive small business consulting class where I was matched up with a group of 5 students to provide consulting services to a small San Diego Business - Speckled Bliss Consulting Studio.

We held multiple meetings with the founder of Speckled Bliss, Ginny Kim, to understand her goals for her business. My team collaborated effectively to provide comprehensive data including market research, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

At the end of the course, we presented our project to the class, all teams clients’, and a panel of judges - my project placed 3rd out of 10+ teams. We received enthusiastically positive feedback from our client and later measured enhanced operational efficiency of the business. Below is our final presentation and completed research report.

Selling Strategy

For my sales class, my partner and I shared a five minute slide show presenting the company Twisted Tea.

The project was shared with enthusiasm and included all aspects of the marketing mix to educate our audience.

fun fact: our professor had never heard of Twisted Tea but tried it later that day thanks to our successful pitch.
